First, mix powdered sugar, salt, and cocoa powder with a whisk,
Slowly add egg whites, one at a time and vanilla.
Stir in Chocolate Chips, (which are optional, they still taste great without them if you have run out or something.)
My favorite part about these cookies, (aside from them being delicious) is how few ingredients they require. They are easy to whip up quickly and are also intrinsically gluten-free. The texture may vary based on how many egg whites you use.. I use 4 to thicken them up. Also! Be sure to spray your cookie sheet or use a silpat and spray that as well because they will stick!
